In our modern times most of our everyday activities are more mental than physical. Even if health is imposed to the body through a healthy mindset, if a healthy mindset is achieved and the body is not engaged daily in some physical activity, the means through which the healthy mindset should be released in the body get deprecated. So it is very important to daily engage both our mind and our body in order to achieve health and a boosting immune system.
There are many useful and beneficial physical activities. Remember how when we were kids we could not sit put even for just one minute and no virus could touch us because we had the best immune system? Well this is to invite again in your life same attitude at least for 1h/30 min or even just 15 min per day.
I will list as inspiration the physical activities I enjoy the most:
Yoga
Yoga is the most relaxing and at the same time most energizing activity. It is advised to integrate yoga moves in any other physical activity, in the beginning of a training in order to get the body ready for the activity and at the end in order to re-balance the physical energy.
Yoga is also about connecting you to the Earth energy and all the elements in nature, helping your own energy and internal processes to be in balance and sync with that of Earths and nature.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong is more of an energy based activity, its focus being more on connecting you to your own energy field and to help you direct this energy, overcoming any blockages and creating balance. Just like yoga, it’s a wonderful practice on its own and it can also be integrated prior or post other activities sessions.
Dance
This whole universe is a dance of vibrations so what better way to become one with the universe, other than through dance? Music on its own it’s said to activate both hemispheres of the brain, adding also dancing makes you release yourself to a force beyond. Dance is learning to control losing control, it’s losing control while still being in control, it’s how life should be lived. Dancing, learning to dance is tapping into a whole new life dimension where health is a by-product of good performance.
Pilates/Aerobic/Fitness/Running
In the same way we train and keep active the brain, we should also train and activate our muscles and of course, the other way around as well. In this very passive activity that human life has become, we tend to neglect our bodies. Pilates/Aerobic/Fitness/Running are very fun ways to train the body, add some music and rhythm and it’s even pretty close to dancing. Not to mention these activities keep you fit, releasing toxins and inviting a good state of mind, boosting the immune system.
Choose the physical activity that goes best with you, be happy practicing this, let this transform your body and mind and let it bring a revitalizing energy and boosting immune system.
