What is it for me to heal?

What is not for me to heal?

We all do have our role and purpose

And we can feel what is for us.

And what is not, it is just something

We can no more do help to heal,

Although we know and we have faith

Someone else does have that role.

All we can do is to support

The world for healing, happiness,

By being kind and understanding

Even to things we can't perceive

Or with our senses comprehend.

We can only hope they will receive

That what is needed for the most

When it is needed and time has come.

Healing is not done only through pain,

Healing comes more through laughter

And feeling good and happiness,

By being thankful, helpful, kind,

By cheering that which feels so good,

By being caring, loving, pure,

Enjoying that which warms the heart,

Accepting things you cannot change

And sending love to everyone.

Healing does start always from soul,

Then it decends into your mind

And manifests into physic.

Just like a sync transcending time,

When there is trouble in physic.

You know you need to first look at soul,

To touch and gently change the mind

And through emotions liberate.

And yes, in healing you can see

Strange things that manifest into physic

But always let them manifest

And look with soul and mind and love

To harmonize in Absolute.

Ce e al meu de vindecat

E al meu de integrat.

Cu toti avem un rol si scop,

Simtim ce pentru noi i-un stop

Si ce nu e sau nu mai e.

Uneori găsim aspecte

In care ajutor nu mai

Putem veni sau transforma.

Putem doar avea incredere,

Altcineva are acel rol;

Putem doar oferi

Sustinere in vindecare,

Fiind doar blanzi, înțelegători

Chiar si in ce nu putem

Vedea sau poate intelege.

Speranta mereu ramane,

Cu toti primim ce e nevoie

Cand momentul o va cere.

Iar vindecarea nu se face

Doar prin chin, durere, plans,

Ea vine mai mult prin simplu ras,

Emotii bune, fericire,

Cand suntem calzi si de folos,

Recunoscători, sustinatori

In tot ce-i bine si frumos.

Si cu grija si multa iubire

Ne bucurăm in calda

Inima intregita, pură.

Acceptam ce nu se schimbă

Iar din inima cea întregită

Putem trimite doar iubire

Plină de multa veselie.

Vindecarea incepe din suflet,

Apoi coboară spre-a ta minte,

Manifestandu-se in fizic,

Ca o sincronizare simplă

Și totuși și complexă

Ce transcende spatiu-timp,

Un infinit e o secundă,

Iar intr-o masă e galaxia.

Cand sunt probleme in fizic,

Sa te uiti mai întâi la suflet,

Si tu in minte sa preschimbi;

Si nu uita, doar prin emotii

Poti elibera in Absolut.

Si da, in vindecare vezi

Lucruri ciudate in fizic,

Lasa-le cu tot cum sunt,

Privește in suflet si in minte,

Si cu multa, blanda iubire,

Armonizeaza in Absolut.
